TRINITY COUNTY, Texas — The National Weather Service has confirmed an EF-1 tornado left damage in Trinity County Sunday night.
According to the NWS out of Houston, the survey team found the damage showed an EF-1 tornado hit in the county. The team also reported two people were injured. A home was damaged in the Rock Creek subdivision off of FM 356 west of Sebastopol.
An EF-1 tornado has wind gusts of 86 to 110 mph, according to NWS.
