NACOGDOCHES, Texas — A Nacogdoches woman has been charged with capital murder in connection with the death of a child, jail records show.
Hanna Ruth Moses, 33, was arrested Friday on a charge of capital murder of a person under 10 years old. The Nacogdoches Police Department arrested her.
