NACOGDOCHES, Texas — The Nacogdoches County Sheriff's Office filed charges against five suspects who were allegedly involved in a burglary.
According to the sheriff's office, the burglary happened at a home on County Road 979. The office says many items were stolen from the homes including a Hollard Tractor with a bush hog and a blue Miller welder. Both of those items, which have a combined value of roughly $13,000, have been recovered.
Investigators are still searching for a red Suzuki Samarai and tools that have not been recovered.
The Nacogdoches County Sheriff's Office arrested and charged four people for the burglary:
- Marcus Dan Burdette, 61, of Nacogdoches
- Burglary of a Building F/3
- Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle F/3
- Engaging in organized criminal activity
- Dennis Wade Broussard, 35, of Nacogdoches
- EOCA Burglary of a Building F/3
- Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle F/3
- Engaging in organized criminal activity
- Joseph Dwayne Lambert, 38, of Garrison
- EOCA Burglary of a Building F/3
- Engaging in organized criminal activity
- Nicolas Ryan Cryer, 20, of Mt. Enterprise
- EOCA Burglary of a Building F/3
There is an active warrant for 32-year-old Phillip Levi Lucas of Cushing for burglary and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
