LONGVIEW, Texas — Texas-based Schulman Theatres is bringing one of its signature entertainment venues, Film Alley, to Longview.
While the specific location for the venue wasn't named in the announcement Wednesday morning, the company said the 45,000-square-foot facility will include a movie theatre, duckpin bowling, arcade, restaurant and bar.
A company representative did not immediately respond to questions about the location and timeline for opening, but 45,000 square feet is about the size of the Regal Longview theater that closed this past summer. When the theater at 3070 N. Eastman Road closed, it left Longview with one movie theater, the AMC Longview 10, on Tall Pines Avenue behind Longview Mall. The company has not filed for local building permits associated with the former Regal.
