SMITH COUNTY — Raul Rodriguez-Martinez, a 25-year-old Miami native, will serve a 15-year prison sentence for his involvement in a gas station card skimmer case in Tyler.
According to the Tyler Police Department's Facebook page, the North Texas Financial Crimes Task Force will continue to fight the ongoing gas skimming crimes that affecting the East Texas area.
