PAYNE SPRINGS, Texas — Payne Springs Fire Rescue responded to a incident involving a person falling out of the tree Friday afternoon.
PSFR and emergency medical services arrived on location to find a man had fallen more than 30 feet from a tree.
He was conscious and alert, but his injuries required medical attention. He was later transported to the hospital by UT Health Air 1 West.
