LUFKIN, Texas — The City of Lufkin is warning residents of flooding that has occurred due to continued rainfall overnight into the morning.
"If you encounter a flooded road like [the area of Ellen Trout Dr. at Sayers St.], do not drive through it," city officials said. "Give yourself extra time for your morning commute this morning, slow down and expect delays."
