LUFKIN, Texas — The City of Lufkin has announced its 4th of July celebration event.
The city will be having a family friendly event for all ages to celebrate July 4. Live music from local bands, food from a variety of vendors, and a firework show are all on the schedule.
The event starts at 5 p.m. in Lufkin on July 4. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs and blankets.
Fireworks will begin as dusk falls, according to the press release.
