LONGVIEW, Texas — East Cotton Street Church of Christ in Longview recently celebrated its 128th anniversary.
“On the Move for the Master – 128 Years and Counting” was the theme for the three-day event, which kicked off with Remembrance Sunday on Oct. 1. Speakers included former East Cotton Street Church of Christ ministers.
The Rev. Richard Barclay was guest speaker for the Remembrance Sunday event. A balloon release honoring deceased members was held following the worship service.
