LONGVIEW, Texas — Get ready to deck the halls and light up the town!
Visit Longview, the Longview Hospitality and Tourism Association, and the City of Longview Parks Department invite residents and businesses to participate in the annual Longview Holiday Decorating Contest.
This festive, community-wide competition is a chance to showcase your creativity and holiday spirit while competing for fantastic prizes and community recognition.
Hallmark-Inspired Businesses
- 1st Place People’s Choice: $400 cash or gift card
- 2nd Place People’s Choice: $200 cash or gift card
- Creative Excellence Award: $400 cash or gift card + the Hallmark Creative Excellence Award traveling trophy for one year
Hallmark-Inspired Residences
- 1st Place People’s Choice: $100 cash or gift card from Hardin's ACE Hardware
- 2nd Place People’s Choice: $75 cash or gift card from Hardin's ACE Hardware
- Creative Excellence Award: $100 cash or gift card from Hardin's ACE Hardware + the Hallmark Creative Excellence Award traveling trophy for one year

Submit a photo of your decorated business or residence now through Monday, December 9, 2024, by visiting the Visit Longview website..
Voting Details
Voting opens Friday, December 13, 2024, and closes Sunday, December 22, 2024.
- Online Voting: Like your favorite entries on Facebook (1 point per "Like").
- In-Person Voting: Cast votes at Visit Longview Marketplace and Gift Shop (109 W. Tyler St.) for 5 points per vote.
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Winner Announcement
Winners will be revealed on Monday, December 23, 2024, via the Visit Longview Facebook page and website.
