The arrest affidavit details the conversation between the undercover officer and Holmans. Throughout the messages, Holmans makes sexual comments toward the person he believes is a young girl and asked questions about the child's sexual experience. He sent a pornographic website to the phone number that he was texting, the document reads.

He sent multiple videos from pornographic websites and several graphic images of himself. Holmans would tell the person he thought was a child to watch the pornographic videos. He also requested an Aug. 22 meeting, the affidavit said.
