TYLER, Texas — The Tyler Police Department is investigating following a major crash Friday afternoon.
According to the TPD, the wreck occurred around 11 a.m., at the intersection of S. Broadway Ave. and E. Amherst St., near The XChange food truck park.
Multiple injuries have been reported.
