TATUM, Texas — Injuries have been reported following a crash involving a Tatum ISD bus.
According to the Rusk County Office of Emergency Management, the crash occurred around 7:15 a.m.
"A large response was initiated and we do have confirmation from first responders on the scene of some minor injuries," the Rusk County OEM said. "Tatum ISD has worked promptly to contact immediate contacts of all who were involved and has established a phone line for inquiries. The phone number is 903-947-0161. "
The crash is being investigated by the Texas Department of Public Safety.
Tatum ISD says all of the parents of students who were on the bus have been contacted.
