Hot Rods & Cornhole fundraiser raising money for breast cancer patients

The Ross Breast Cancer Center's mobile mammogram truck will also be present to provide vital screenings accessible to all.

TYLER, Texas — The annual Hot Rods & Cornhole fundraiser is seeking to raise money and awareness for breast cancer patients.

On Oct. 26, the Hot Rods & Cornhole fundraiser is coming to Buck Wild, located at 8374 Paluxy Drive in Tyler. Organizers said the community event is dedicated to uplifting local breast cancer patients, recognizing the efforts of caregivers and standing strong with cancer survivors and those still battling the disease.

“We’re not just raising funds; we’re raising hope and awareness for those who have fought or are currently fighting breast cancer,” said a representative from doods for boobs, Inc. “We want to honor the strength and courage of survivors, while also supporting those still on their journey.”

The event will include a variety of activities:

● Music and food.

● Cornhole Tournament hosted by Scoreholio.

● Hazelwood Hot Rods Car Show.

● Silent auction and raffles.

● Kid Zone.

● Photo Booth.

The Ross Breast Cancer Center's mobile mammogram truck will also be present to provide vital screenings accessible to all.

The event runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Entry is free, and donations are encouraged.
