HENDERSON COUNTY, Texas — A Henderson County man was arrested this Monday for 10 counts of child pornography and 10 counts with the intent to promote child pornography, county jail records show.
Blake Phillips, 22, of Malakoff, received a $800,000 bond for each count, which totals $16 million, according to Henderson County jail records.
