TYLER, Texas — A new coffee shop is set to open in the Rose City.
Gregorys Coffee is slated to open a location at the Broadway Square Mall in Tyler. The new shop is set to take the place of former Starbucks in the mall.
According to the company's website, Gregorys was founded in Manhattan, NY, in 2006.
"We work tirelessly to select our coffees and develop roast profiles that bring the absolute best out of each bean," the website says. "We roast four days a week in our facility in Long Island City, always ensuring the freshness and quality of our brews. In addition to our usual blends, we also always carry limited edition single origin coffees that we source for their unique, exotic and special flavor profiles."
The company also says for every bag of coffee they sell, they donate a pair of eyeglasses to someone in need who lives in a developing country.
"In April 2021 we traveled to a farm in Guatemala we source from, and were able to give the gift of sight to over 500 people," the website says.
According to their website, this will be the first Gregorys location to open in Texas. For their full menu, click here.
Gregorys is set to open later this year.
