LINDALE, Texas — It's the season of graduations and new beginnings for high school seniors across East Texas. This year, one high school's top 10 graduates is made up of all girls.
Lindale ISD shared on Facebook earlier this week a list and photos of the top 10 graduating seniors of the Lindale High School Class of 2024. The district said their dedication to excellence has earned them the highest honors of their graduating class.
The post shows that all 10 of the soon-to-be graduates are all female students. Angelina Jansen leads the pack as valedictorian and Charlotte McConathy earned the number two spot of salutatorian.
The Lindale ISD Education Foundation will honor the graduating seniors this week at the Academic Excellence Banquet, along with distinguished educators who the students chose as the most influential in their lives.
