SMITH COUNTY, Texas — Multiple fire units responded to a structure fire Monday afternoon in the Gresham area.
According to the Flint-Gresham VFD, the fire started in the 10700 block of Washita Drive. Firefighters say it started as a cooking fire.
There was some smoke damage but no major damage from flames. One person was treated for smoke inhalation.
The Bullard Fire Department, Noonday Fire Department and Smith County ESD assisted Flint-Gresham VFD on the scene.
