KILGORE, Texas — Three East Texas firefighters worked together over the weekend to rescue a few kittens who were stuck in a storm drain.
The Kilgore Fire Department said on Facebook that three of its crew members helped get the kittens out safely Saturday as part of just another day in the fire service.
"These kittens are over getting stuck in trees and now prefer storm drains. A big thank you to Captain Chamblee, Driver Green, and Firefighter Harper. Saving one kitten at a time," the post read.
