RUSK, Texas — Classes at Rusk High School will resume Wednesday following a classroom fire Sunday evening.
Rusk ISD Superintendent Grey Burton said the building has been cleaned thoroughly and the air quality is good. The building's electrical systems have been checked and are operating perfectly.
Burton said the students that meet in the damaged classroom will be informed of their new room assignment by the high school administration.
