MARSHALL, Texas — Marshall Fire crews discovered a reported stolen vehicle that was found burned in Marshall on Sunday morning.
According to the press release, the Marshall Fire Marshal Captain was on scene for a reported stolen vehicle that was found burned near Lake Street in Marshall around 9 a.m. on Sunday.
No additional fire crews assisted officials on scene since the vehicle was discovered in a burnt condition.
The vehicle was recently purchased by its owner and was later stolen after the fire investigation began, according to officials.
The Marshall Fire Department Marshal is currently investigating this incident as arson.
