CSB19 has a list of activities to keep you children active and learning on their week off from school.
Tyler
- Caldwell Zoo
- Ticket prices: $19.50 for adults, $14.50 for children ages three to 12 and free admission to children under two
- Tyler Public Library Pi-Day Competition
- Event begins at 7 p.m. on March 14 in the auditorium on the first floor
- Tyler Public Library Master Gardeners
- Event occurs every third Friday of every month at noon. Located in the auditorium on the first floor
Longview
- Longview Public Library, events held all week long!
- Supersized Sensory Playtime on March 11 from 10:30 a.m.
- Video Game Day Tourney on March 11 from 2 to 5:30 p.m.
- Spring Break Story Time on March 12 at 10:30 a.m.
- Family Bingo on March 12 from 2 to 3 p.m.
- Performer Day on March 13 from 2 p.m.
- Family Movie Day on March 14, showings from 10:30 a.m. and 2 p.m.
- Teen Movie Night on March 14, showings from 5 to 7 p.m.
- Crafty Kids Time on March 15 from 10 a.m. to noon
- Afternoon Board Games on March 15 from 2 to 4 p.m.
- LEGO-A-THON on March 16 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Adult Spring Break on March 15 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Longview Arboretum and Nature Center
- Ticket prices: $5 for general admission, children six and under are free
Lindale
- Texas Shakespeare Festival at the Lillie Russell Memorial Library
- Event is free to the public on March 14 from 2 p.m.
