POLK COUNTY, Texas — A second East Texas man has been arrested in connection with a reported murder in Polk County.
Following further investigation, Shawn Anthony Thor, 24, of Livingston, was charged with murder on Dec. 28 in connection with a Dec. 3 homicide that occurred off of Duff Road, according to the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
The sheriff's office said Thor was booked into the Polk County Jail with a bond of $250,000.
Around 9 a.m. on Dec. 3, officials received a call regarding an unresponsive man lying in the driveway in the 2800 block of Duff Rd. The man was identified as Timothy Jacob Neal, 29, of Livingston, and deputies determined he had been murdered.
Soon after the investigation began, Toby Wayne Ford, 24, of Livingston, was booked into the Polk County Jail for murder.
