KEMP, Texas — A Kemp man accused of possessing thousands of child pornographic images and videos, including some showing children younger than 1 years old, was arrested Wednesday.
Tommy Ray Taylor, 60, is charged with possession of child pornography following an investigation in which the Henderson County Sheriff's Office says he was promoting child porn to an undercover investigator from May 21 to 31.
On Tuesday, a search warrant was then issued on a residence on Kim Road in Henderson County. During the execution of that warrant, Taylor was found in possession of thousands of child porn files. Some of those images and videos included victims under the age of 1.
He was booked into the Henderson County Jail on a $75,000 bond.
