TYLER, Texas — Whitehouse native and wife of Patrick Mahomes II, Brittany Mahomes, earned a glowing review from former President Donald Trump.
Brittany Mahomes gained a lot of attention in August when she reportedly showed support for the former president by "liking" an Instagram post from Trump that detailed his platform.
She also took to her Instagram stories to seemingly address people criticizing her actions: “There’s no reason your brain is fully developed and you hate to see others doing well.”
She later "un-liked" Trump's post, according to NBC News.
On Wednesday, Trump returned the favor by addressing her in a Truth Social post:
“I want to thank beautiful Brittany Mahomes for so strongly defending me, and the fact that MAGA is the greatest and most powerful Political Movement in the History of our now Failing Country,” Trump posted. “With Crime and Illegal Immigration totally out of control, INFLATION Ravaging all Americans, and a World that is laughing at the stupidity of our hapless ‘leaders,’ it is nice to see someone who loves our Country, and wants to save it from DOOM. What a great couple – See you both at the Super Bowl!”
Patrick Mahomes II has shied away from the political spotlight and has not publicly endorsed any candidate.
