LONGVIEW — Longview police say they arrested Rodrick Deshun Arkeith Elliott Thursday night for the murder of Sandy Smith.
The 20-year old from Desoto was identified by neighbors as the suspect in the shooting that happened Thursday afternoon in the 300 block of E.Grand street in Longview.
Elliott is charged with murder and is being held on a $500,000 bond in the Gregg County jail.
