POLK COUNTY, Texas — A Livingston man was arrested Tuesday on multiple charges in connection with a fentanyl overdose that happened earlier this week.
Brandon Michael Dunaway, 21, is charged with manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance (fentanyl), tampering with evidence and evading arrest or detention after serving a felony warrant, according to the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
The sheriff's office said Dunaway fled from the rear window of the residence and into a wooded area. He was found a short distance from the home after a brief chase on foot and arrested. Deputies also seized a large amount of fentanyl and items related to narcotics.
