TYLER, Texas — Cumberland Academy recently announced the appointment of Charles Pulliam as its new superintendent. The administration said he brings a wealth of experience and a distinguished background in business management, education leadership, and community involvement to the academy.
Pulliam's educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Dallas Baptist University and a Bachelor of Business Management, graduating Summa Cum Laude from LeTourneau University. He is also a proud U.S. Air Force veteran with extensive experience in Integrated Avionics on F-16, A-10, and F117 Stealth aircraft, receiving an honorable discharge for his service.
Throughout his career, Pulliam has demonstrated exceptional leadership in various roles. He is the founder of Solushiens, LLC, where he served as a Workforce Performance Expert. At Solushiens, he developed strategic plans and implemented performance-based Learning Management Systems, saving companies significant resources and enhancing execution effectiveness.
