TYLER, Texas — A crash is causing delays at a busy Tyler intersection.
According to the Tyler Police Department, the wreck occurred at the intersection of ESE Loop 323 and Donnybrook Ave. around 1:25 p.m.
CBS19 crews on scene say the crash has backed up traffic on Loop 323 toward S. Broadway Ave.
