One person is dead after a construction incident in Tyler Wednesday morning.
According to Fire Marshal Paul Findley, officials responded to a medical call at 610 W. Grande Boulevard at 10:30 a.m.
Findley confirmed a man in his 40s suffered a crush injury which resulted in death.
Officials cleared the scene by 10:50, Findley said.
