Tyler drivers will see multiple street closures, traffic delays due to construction throughout November

Throughout the month of November, drivers should be aware when going through construction areas.

TYLER, Texas — The city of Tyler is expecting to have several streets closed throughout the remainder of the month for upcoming road construction projects.

Beginning Monday, Nov. 6, Shady Lane will be reconstructing between W. Front Street and Southgate Avenue through Monday, Nov. 20. 

Construction will be happening between 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Drivers should be advised that traffic delays are expected and crews will help guide drivers with warning signs in place.

Beginning Monday, Nov. 6, crews will be doing repairs to Houston Street between S. Vine Avenue and S. Broadway Avenue through Thursday, Nov. 30. 

Construction will be happening between 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Drivers should be advised that traffic delays are expected and crews will help guide drivers with warning signs in place.

Beginning Tuesday, Nov. 7, crews will be reconstructing Blue Mountain Blvd between Old Jacksonville Road and W. Cumberland Road through Monday, Nov. 27. 

Construction will be happening between 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The northbound lane will be open from W. Cumberland Road to Old Jacksonville Road with the southbound lane closed through traffic. 

Drivers should be advised that traffic delays are expected and crews will help guide drivers with warning signs in place.
