TYLER, Texas — The city of Tyler has closed its office and facilities Wednesday because of winter weather.
According to the city's announcement, essential and emergency functions will continue. Departments will be available by phone, email or through contact forms on the city's website.
Officials will evaluate conditions to determine if offices should reopen on Thursday.
