TYLER, Texas — City of Tyler crews are working to repair a sewage rupture early Wednesday morning near Lindsey Park on Greenbriar Road.
Spokesperson Adriana Rodriguez said the pipe broke because of old age and repairs should be complete by the end of the day. The incident will not impact homeowners except for the smell in the immediate area.
The entire pipe is scheduled to be replaced through the Consent Decree project within the next three years.
