LUFKIN, Texas — Service has been restored to all City of Lufkin phone lines that were initially down Monday morning due to an outage with Consolidated Communications.
The outage included non-emergency lines for Lufkin police and fire services.
"If we experience any further outages, we will update you," the city said. "Thank you for your patience and understanding."
