KILGORE, Texas — Kilgore city officials are urging residents to conserve water following low pressure issues from a water main break on Highway 31 on Saturday afternoon.
According to a Facebook post, city officials have located a large water main break on Highway 31 and are expecting for water pressure to normalize.
