TYLER, Texas — The Better Business Bureau (BBB) was named Small Business of the Year Tuesday at the Tyler Area Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting.
“We are truly honored and grateful to be recognized this year,” President and CEO of BBB serving Central East Texas Mechele Agbayani Mills said. “This award is a reflection of the dedication and hard work of our entire team as well as the unwavering support of the East Texas Community.”
BBB is a non-profit, buisness-supported organization that helps businesses around the region grow through setting standards and providing buisness advice, often free of charge. The organization has been operating in East Texas for the past 40 years.
“We extend our sincere gratitude to each of our team members, our Board of Directors, BBB Ambassadors (volunteers), Accredited Businesses, and the Tyler Area Chamber of Commerce. We are incredibly proud to be a part of this community,” Mills said.
