RAINS COUNTY, Texas — The Rains County Sheriff's Office says the toddler and woman who were at the center of an AMBER Alert issued Friday afternoon have been found safe.
Officials say the 2-year-old boy was believed to have been abducted by Sylvia Lopez, 36.
The RCSO said the suspect vehicle was spotted at the intersection of S. First St. and Hwy. 78 in Garland around 11:07 a.m.
