LAREDO, Texas — An AMBER Alert initially issued Wednesday morning for a missing Texas baby has been canceled after the child was found safe.
According to the Laredo Police Department, the 9-month-old girl was unharmed and in good condition.. She has brown hair and brown eyes. Her clothing is unknown.
