2 East Texans arrested, child released to CPS after multi-agency drug investigation

LONE OAK — Lone Oak natives, 36-year-old Anthony Sandlin, and 34-year-old Shauna Bilharz were arrested and a child was released to CPS protection after authorities seized several narcotics and money on Saturday at a home on the 7000 block of Highway 69 in Lone Oak.

According to the Hunt County Sheriff's Office, multiple area law enforcement agencies were running an investigation for the past several weeks.

When investigators got a narcotics search warrant for the home on Highway 69, they went there and seized methamphetamines, marijuana, U.S. currency and two vehicles.

Authorities also found a child in the home and released them to the protection of Child Protective Services.

The Hunt County Sheriff's Office were helped by the Greenville Police Department, Lone Oak Police Department and Constable Terry Jones in this investigation.
