ANDERSON COUNTY, Texas — A Jacksonville woman died Saturday afternoon after she was ejected from her vehicle in Anderson County.
Julie Warden, 45, was driving at a high rate of speed when she failed to negotiate a curve to the right on State Highway 155 about nine miles south of Palestine. Her vehicle entered into a skid, crossed into the center median and began to roll, where the driver was ejected, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
Warden was pronounced dead at the scene. Her two 16-year-old passengers were taken to a Tyler hospital after the crash, DPS said.
The investigation is ongoing, according to DPS.
