NACOGDOCHES, Texas — One person is dead following a Saturday night crash in Nacogdoches.
According to the Nacogdoches Police Department, around 9:50 p.m., officers responded to a crash in the 400 block of SW Stallings Dr.
When police arrived on scene, the found a vehicle had left the roadway and hit road equipment.
The lone person in the vehicle was taken to a local hospital where they later died.
"Based on preliminary information, at this time, it is believed the vehicle was traveling northbound when it left the roadway," the NPD said.
