HARRISON COUNTY, Texas — One person is dead after an early Friday morning shooting on US Highway 80 in the Hallsville area.
According to the Harrison County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to a shooting in the 9000 block of US Highway 80 West in the Hallsville area.
Deputies found one person died because of their injuries, the sheriff's office said. The investigation remains ongoing. Further information is not yet available pending notification of next of kin.
