LONGVIEW, Texas — The infamous Green Street Bridge has claimed another victim.
According to CBS19's newspaper partner, the Longview News-Journal, traffic is blocked after yet another truck became stuck underneath the Green Street Bridge.
According to the Longview News-Journal, in February 2014, the City of Longview completed reconstruction of Green Street across downtown Longview. That work included adding an extra foot of clearance that lowered the road to 11 feet, 4 inches below the railroad bridge. The previous clearance was 10 feet.
It is unclear how long traffic will be blocked.
