3 Carlisle ISD staff members exposed to COVID-19, schools to remain closed until April 7

All three staff members are under a 14-day quarantine.

Carlisle ISD notified parents Wednesday three of the district's staff members were exposed to COVID-19. 

So far, there are no confirmed cases of COVID-19 within the district. If there are any confirmed cases, they will be posted on the district's website.

All three of the staff members are under a 14-day self-quarantine.

The district announced on-campus classes are canceled until Tuesday, April 7. Staff will return to campus on Monday, April 6.

Meanwhile, beginning March 23, students and parents will receive instructions on how to access lessons, activities and resource materials on the Carlisle ISD's website.

The district will also provide daily lunches to students under 18 at the elementary school parking lot. Instructions on how to order a meal will be posted on the website.
