POLK COUNTY, Texas — Deputies are searching for a man wanted in connection with a murder investigation after a woman was found dead near Livingston, according to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
De’Andre Shermail Wright, 23, of Livingston, is charged with murder in the death of Jasmine Muldoon, according to the sheriff’s office.
Deputies said Muldoon was found Monday in a wooded area off U.S. Highway 59 just north of Livingston. She had been reported missing on Sunday.
Her body has been taken to the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office for investigation and to determine the cause of death.
Deputies are asking the public for their help in locating Wright.
