ATLANTA, Texas — Atlanta police arrested a man in connection with a fire that destroyed a block of the downtown area Thursday.
According to a post on Mayor Travis Ransom's Facebook page, Bobby Denton is charged with felony criminal mischief for his alleged involvement in the fire.
The mayor's office says more information will likely be provided Monday by the district attorney and law enforcement.
