SAN ANTONIO — A San Antonio firefighter is accused of sexually assaulting a young girl in 2022 and 2023, court documents say.
Joshua Andrew Dyba, 31, is facing several counts of sexual assault of a child. He was booked into the Comal County jail Thursday.
According to court documents, Dyba is accused of having sex with a child younger that 17. The alleged assault happened in December 2022 and January 2023.
Dyba has been placed on administrative duty according to the San Antonio Fire Department, per their policy.
Dyba is being held on bonds totaling $400,000.
