SHELBY COUNTY, Texas — One man is dead after a shooting in Shelby County, according to the Shelby County Sheriff's Office.
SCSO reported deputies responded to a call on CR 1459 in Center. Law enforcement found a man, identified as James Ray Daniels, 26, of Center, dead from an apparent gunshot wound. It was also determined another individual who was not identified as wounded in the incident.
The case is currently under investigation, and no other information was released. CBS19 will update this article as we learn more.
