An East Texas man accused of killing another man at a Tyler business was arrested again on Thursday.

Sgt. Larry Christian, the spokesperson for the Smith County Sheriff's Office, confirmed Scottie Lee Goble, 54, of Frost, was arrested Thursday at 2:42 p.m and booked on a murder charge. His bond was set at $1 million by Judge Reeve Jackson after the court determined the initial bond was insufficient to protect the public and ensure the Goble's return to court.

He was released Thursday night after posting bond for the second time this week.

Goble was previously charged with murder in connection with the death of Heriberto "Eddie" Ramirez, 38, of Tyler, in the parking lot of Junior's Taqueria, located at 3815 S SW Loop 323, on Friday, Oct. 11. Goble bonded out of jail Saturday after he was given a $500,000 bond.

Police say the shooting happened after an argument started between the employees and Goble.
