PAYNE SPRINGS, Texas — The Henderson County Sheriff's Office arrested three suspects Thursday during a raid at a home in Payne Springs.
According to the sheriff's office, deputies raided a home of a suspect dealer of methamphetamine at about 12:30 p.m. in the 200 block of Lake Arrowhead in the Cherokee Shores subdivision.
Deputies seized a stash of meth, scales, bags and other drug paraphernalia.
Jimmy Clarence Dale, 45, was arrested and faces drug distribution charges.
Stetson Ryan McCoy, 24, and Haley Lynn Skaggs, 27, were arrested and face drug possession charges.
Henderson County deputies arrested a fourth person, 36-year-old Stephen Ray Smith, during a patrol in Athens.
The sheriff's office says the deputy encountered Smith sitting at the intersection of Tillison Street and West Larkin at 6:30 p.m.
According to the HCSO, Smith smelled of marijuana and had a meth-filled syringe and a bag with more meth inside. He was arrested on drug possession charges.
